HOME FIRST. WORLD ALWAYS.
Two islands.
A wider perspective.
Lyniq is a reading room and publishing platform centred on Trinidad & Tobago. We connect readers with source reporting and make space for original journalism from our newsroom.
Read across perspectives
Our goal is to bring different voices into view. Publisher rotation reduces the dominance of any one outlet within a section. It does not establish accuracy, assign political identity, or guarantee equal ideological representation. Coverage depends on available feeds, permissions and editorial choices.
Clear origins
Externally sourced stories retain publisher attribution, bylines, original dates and links. Original Lyniq articles carry their own author names. Opinion is labelled separately. An outbound link is not an endorsement of a publisher or its claims.
Human accountability
Writers submit work for review; editors control publication. Automated imports organise permitted feed metadata. They do not independently verify the underlying reporting. Source publication dates remain visible so older reporting is not presented as breaking news.
Corrections and rights
For corrections to a linked report, use the original publisher’s contact channel. Lyniq editors can withdraw original stories or pause a source while checking a concern. A public newsroom contact address will be added before the full editorial launch.
